StaySavr is a collection of tools for allowing guests to get in direct contact with owners before they book. It is created by and owned by vacation rental owners in order to allow rental arrangements that are fair and honest to both parties, without interference from giant corporations. This is a great tool when used with VRBO properties. 

As of December 2022  CJR Atlantic Marine Construction has completed the seawall and viewing platforms.  Please see our "drop-down" menu for more information on the revetment project.

ShoestringBayHouse has partnered with All Cape Boat Rentals in Hyannis. If you are looking to get out on the water and have more fun than you can imagine try renting a Boston Whaler. You will be able to explore more of what the Cape has to offer. Please see our "partners" page for a link.  New for Summer 2024, we are adding the optional rental of a ($699/week) Hobie Outback (fishing) pedal kayak to our on-site fleet of kayaks. This pedal kayak will be great for the both the fisherman and explorer as it glides through the water at speeds not attainable with our included sit-on-top standard kayaks. Also available for rental, is a Tiwal3 sailboat at $1175/week. 

Our family originally purchased this property in 1981 after falling in love with Cotuit village and the serenity of the area. My parents were the second owners of the property. This house, built overlooking the Bay offers incredible views from all rooms. During ShoestringBayHouse's next journey, we have been slowly updating the house over the past fifteen years, investing in numerous upgrades from the original house.

Summer Discounts: The 2nd week of July and the last week of August may be available at a discount. These weeks can be priced as six day weeks. Please contact us to discuss the details.

We know how important your dog is and they are always welcome at ShoestringBayHouse. A pet fee will apply. Our cleaning company may also assesses a nominal fee for shedding dogs or multiple dogs.
